Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@badgerandbandit.store. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.
  • We currently do not accept returns from the EU.

Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order once your return has been processed.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Collaboration pieces
  • Limited edition drops
  • Discounted items marked FINAL SALE

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at  contact@badgerandbandit.store with photos of the issue and your order number in the subject line.

Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
